This map was created by F+H Geographics (Mike Foster and me) for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's (MIT) Center for Advanced Urbanism. The web map was developed using Mapbox and custom layers from the center, all in one toggle-able interface to allow stakeholders to visually interpret trends from many natural and human datasets (e.g. housing, demographics, air pollution, toxic sites).
